LOST KITTY
You were here yesterday,
Bright and cheery,
You were slow but close,
Warmly affectionate,
You were old and kind,
Gentle and soft.
Today, you hid from us,
Alone and cold,
Today, you stayed away,
Did we do wrong?
Today, you had to leave,
What could be doe?
I hope you're better,
Playing among stars,
I hope you're warm,
Dancing with gods,
I hope you're happy,
Resting in peace.
Pets aren't animals,
More family and kids,
Pets are not alone,
We already miss
Pets are in your heart,
We must go on.

An artists soul
It lives within and looks without.
Through our eyes, Our hearts, our minds.
The driving force of creation.
We seek to make the intangible real.
To evoke thought, to kindle emotion.
With the strokes of brush, pen and color.
With the Careful crafting of words.
Seeking to bring forth in tangible form
The untouchable fire that burns within.
From that fire we forge our worlds.
With words and pictures we bid all to enter.
To share in joy and sorrow.
To ride with good and evil.
To live .
To die.
In worlds beyond their lives.
We are guardians of uncountable doorways.
Look at a picture, And enter.

I'm just an every day furry who enjoys anthro art, creative writing, and anything that's pretty and tasteful. Though I consider my art to be less, than ideal, I try and I constantly try to improve.
Spiritually, my beliefs could be described as a cross between Japanese Shinto and Native American shamanism. That means that I believe that everyone has a spirit, and that spirit may not necessarily be "human". I also believe that there are spirits, or life energy, in everything, and that when you affect anything it comes back via the web of Ki and Chi.
Logically, I'm a creature of science and dreams. I enjoy drawing and writing about things that are a bit "out there"...plausible with advances, but not necessarily possible with our current technological base. What can I say, I'd be first in line to get off this rock and explore the universe if it where feasible today. But, since it's not, it'll stick to my art and stories.

Well, it's been a while since I updated...or even did any real art. I would love to say that it's because I'm constantly working on things and only upload the best of what I create...but I'd be lying. The real reason that I haven't posted anything but a few Astrophotography pictures is because my Astronomy class is really kicking my butt.
In other news, I am working on various ideas both for writing and drawing. Though I haven't had the time to flesh anything out, once this semester is over, I hope to spend some time sharing some quality energy with my sketchbook, art software, and a few other things. Just one day at a time for now.
